Blob Wars Guide

Just to make sure we are one the same page, the Blob Wars right here is the Flash puzzle 2-player game, NOT the open source platformer game that comes with the same name and was developed by Parallel Realities. Anyway, this strategy-based 2-player game showcases colorful, cartoonish, animated graphics as well as 10 achievements to play for and a unique control system.

The Objective Of Blob Wars: The goal in this two player game is as straight forward as it could get. You need to lead your horde of green blobs and demolish the opposing blob army. Once all of the opposing blobs have been destroyed, you will move on to the next level of this 2-player game. HOWEVER, if all of your blobs are eliminated, it's game over! Don't worry though as you don't need to restart the game all over again, just the level.

You can retry a level for as many times as you want. You can also play those beaten levels again so you can bag a better score. You don't have to worry about saving as your progress is automatically saved. The next time you play, you can continue from where you left off without any hassle.

The Rules Of The Game: The rules of this 2-player game is very simple to pick up. You can spawn or create a blob into an adjacent space. Or you can jump into an open space that is just a square away from where you're at.

Select a blob to control by clicking it with your mouse. Once you have selected the blob, it will be highlighted. The possible moves you can make, on the other hand, will be shown with a dark green tile. To complete your move, just click on the highlighted space and you are good to go.

How To Attack In Blob Wars: After making a move, any blobs that are directly next to your very own blobs are captured... PLUS, they are turned into one of your blobs. The player who has the most blobs when the board is filled wins the game.

Here's a note: if you can't make a move, then you have to make a pass. That said, the empty spaces or squares are filled automatically with your opponent's blobs. After that, the scores will be calculated.

There are various ways to defeat enemies in this 2-player game: that includes blasting them with fireballs, crushing them with rocks, pushing them into the water, and those are just to name a few. HOWEVER, you should be aware that the enemy blobs can do the same to you!

You need to be resourceful with your cards and everything that you have if you want to dispose your opponents efficiently. This is one of those 2-player games where strategic thinking is rewarded more than button smashing and mashing. You need to learn to think ahead and improvise if your plan doesn't work out as expected or if your limited cards and moves run out.

Summing things up, this is a unique turn-based strategy game that will put your strategic abilities to a test. Recommended for all ages!
